If you decide to accept our quote you will be assigned a dedicated person to contact. Communication is a key part of the Clearfirst service, and we are contactable during the times outlined above..

We Do Not Charge by the Hour

Many companies will give you a quote that is charged by the hour. Our eleven years of accumulated experience in the industry has shown that this is not just inappropriate; it can be very expensive for you, the client. When you get your quotation it will be a fixed price. We are here to help you and it is our experience that a job takes as long as it takes.

One Point of Contact

Your personal advisor and point of contact will keep you fully informed at every stage of the process. If you have a concern about your claim or about how the job is going you can speak to your personal advisor.

All work is carried out by our dedicated teams, unlike many other companies, we do not sub-contract any jobs as we have a dedicated team of 20-30 fully qualified staff on call at any one time. We are there for you until the job is finally completed and ready to deal with any queries that may arise.

If your drain needs unblocking we will give you a quote – if we think the problem can be sorted with rods and plungers we have a standard charge of £45 + VAT.
